About the Product
•Practi-Midazolam™ for clinical training is a 2 mL glass vial filled with distilled water.
•This teaching aid perfectly simulates 10 mg/2 mL of the light-sensitive drug midazolam (Versed®) used to promote drowsiness, relieve anxiety and in the emergency management of seizures.
•Teach small vial handling, dosage calculation skills, and other skills unique to handling a controlled substance in a 2 mL vial.
•A must have medical simulation aid for EMT, EMS, Pharmacy and Nursing skills training.
•Simulate either single or multiple dosage light-sensitive vials and provide your students with many opportunities to practice with small caliber syringes.
•Once your students master the skills of small vial handling, all vial handling will "feel" easier.
•Teach Your Students: Small vial handling dexterity techniques; Aseptic aspiration; Multiple small dose calculations; Fractional dosage measurement
